Malaysia will serve as the final group stage opponents for the Young Lions in the men's football competition at the SEA Games
Laos will serve as the Young Lions' first opponents in the Men's Football competition at the 2013 SEA Games next month on December 8.
The U23 side led by Aide Iskandar are in the five-team Group A alongside Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunei and Laos.
Singapore will take on Vietnam on December 10, and Brunei three days later, before ending their preliminary round stage against rivals Malaysia on December 15. All matches for Group A will be held at the Zeyar Thiri Stadium in the Myanmar capital of Naypyidaw.
Singapore have never won the Gold medal at the SEA Games Men's Football competition and the accolade has been made a top priority by the Football Association of Singapore (FAS).
